Mais quels sont-ils ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 des saveurs exquises et parfois subtiles qu&rsquo;ils offrent, les aliments sont une composition complexe d&rsquo;eau, de sucres, de graisses, de prot\u00e9ines, de vitamines, de min\u00e9raux, d&rsquo;oligo\u00e9l\u00e9ments, de fibres\u2026 : les nutriments. Ces composants essentiels au bon fonctionnement de notre organisme sont de deux sortes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ceux qui fournissent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie au corps (ils sont dits \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques), qui sont au nombre de 5 : prot\u00e9ines, glucides (sucres), lipides (graisses), alcool, fibres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ceux qui ne fournissent pas d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie mais sont malgr\u00e9 tout indispensables \u00e0 la vie : vitamines, sels min\u00e9raux, oligo\u00e9l\u00e9ments et eau.<br>Bien entendu, difficile pour la plupart d&rsquo;entre nous de traduire ce que nous mangeons (viande, l\u00e9gumes, laitages\u2026) en termes de nutriments (glucides, lipides, vitamines\u2026). Pourtant, conna\u00eetre et comprendre les nutriments est la condition pour parvenir \u00e0 \u00e9quilibrer nos menus journaliers et am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de notre alimentation.<br>Si une perte de 2% de la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau contenue dans notre corps d\u00e9clenche la soif (premier niveau d&rsquo;alerte de la d\u00e9shydratation), une perte de 15% conduit \u00e0 la mort.<br>C&rsquo;est dire \u00e0 quel point, sans elle, il nous est impossible de\u202fvivre !<br>De plus, l&rsquo;eau irrigue l&rsquo;ensemble de nos cellules, permet la\u202fdiffusion de l&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne ou des messagers chimiques (hormones) dans notre organisme, mais aussi assure la\u202fr\u00e9partition des nutriments (prot\u00e9ines, glucides, lipides, vitamines\u2026) vers nos organes vitaux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le mode d&#8217;emploi<br><\/strong>L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie que nous apportent les nutriments \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques est comptabilis\u00e9e en calories (cal, kcal ou kilocalories) ou en kJ (kilojoules), sachant qu&rsquo;1\u202fcal = 4,18 kJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 g de prot\u00e9ines = 4 cal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 g de glucides = 4 cal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 g de lipides = 9 cal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 g de fibres = 2 cal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les nutriments, composants essentiels de notre alimentation, assurent le bon fonctionnement de l&rsquo;organisme.
