L’arbitre international alg\u00e9rien Mustapha Ghorbal a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour prendre part \u00e0 un s\u00e9minaire pr\u00e9vu au Qatar du 23 au 27 f\u00e9vrier prochain, en pr\u00e9vision de la Coupe du monde 2026 (11 juin-19 juillet), a indiqu\u00e9 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale de football (FIFA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ag\u00e9 de 40 ans, Ghorbal est arbitre international depuis 2014. Le natif de la ville d’Oran avait offici\u00e9 plusieurs comp\u00e9titions internationales cette ann\u00e9e dont la Coupe du monde des clubs aux Etats-Unis l’\u00e9t\u00e9 dernier, des rencontres de qualifications du Mondial 2026, ainsi que des matchs de comp\u00e9titions interclubs de la CAF. Il est \u00e9galement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 par la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration africaine de football (CAF) pour officier lors de la Coupe d’Afrique des nations CAN-2025 (21 d\u00e9cembre-18 janvier).
Outre le directeur de jeu alg\u00e9rien Ghorbal, 19 autres arbitres issus des trois conf\u00e9d\u00e9rations continentales (AFC, CAF, OFC), participeront au s\u00e9minaire de Doha, selon la liste publi\u00e9e par l’instance internationale.
La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration africaine de football sera repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par neuf arbitres: Mustapha Ghorbal (ALG, 1985), Jean Ndala (COD, 1987), Amin Omar (EGY, 1985), Pierre Atcho (GAB, 1992), Dahane Beida (MTN, 1991), Jalal Jayed (MAR, 1987), Issa Sy (SEN, 1984), Omar Artan (SOM, 1992) et Mahmood Ismail (SDN, 1988).
