Voici des programmes simples pour \u00e9vacuer les tensions, \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter en alternance si possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La marche (20 \u00e0 30 minutes par jour)<br><\/strong>Le dos droit, les \u00e9paules redress\u00e9es, d\u00e9roulez toutes vos articulations en marchant. Alternez les phases de marche rapide (10 minutes d&rsquo;affil\u00e9e) et celles de marche lente. Si vous utilisez les transports en commun, faites la premi\u00e8re et la derni\u00e8re station \u00e0 pied.<br><strong>La natation (\u00e0 votre rythme)<br><\/strong>Commencez par 25 \u00e0 200m de brasse \u00e0 un rythme assez lent. Encha\u00eenez ensuite 4 longueurs de piscine en nageant la brasse ou le crawl, sans poser le pied. Puis, faites 2 longueurs de dos crawl\u00e9. Terminez votre s\u00e9ance par 2 longueurs de brasse \u00e0 1 rythme lent afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer.<br><strong>Le jogging (30 minutes)<br><\/strong>Faites 5 minutes de marche rapide pour vous \u00e9chauffer, puis 10 minutes de course lente, 5 minutes de marche et 5 minutes de course lente. Terminez par 5 minutes de marche en soufflant bien. Une fois entra\u00een\u00e9, vous pouvez augmenter le temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la course lente.<br><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir<br><\/strong>Si vous ne pratiquez aucune activit\u00e9 physique depuis longtemps, \u00e9vitez les sports violents comme le squash, le tennis ou encore l&rsquo;a\u00e9robic.
