La s\u00e9lection nationale des moins de vingt trois ans (U23) s’appr\u00eate \u00e0 effectuer un stage de pr\u00e9paration du 9 au 13 mai 2026 au Centre technique national de Sidi Moussa, r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux joueurs \u00e9voluant dans le championnat national, a indiqu\u00e9 jeudi la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration alg\u00e9rienne de football (FAF).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Le s\u00e9lectionneur national, Rafik Saifi, a retenu un groupe de 26 joueurs pour ce regroupement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Il s’agit du troisi\u00e8me stage du genre pour la s\u00e9lection U23, avec pour objectif d’\u00e9largir la base de joueurs et de d\u00e9gager une ossature en vue des prochaines \u00e9ch\u00e9ances, souligne la m\u00eame source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pour rappel, la s\u00e9lection U23 se pr\u00e9pare aux \u00e9liminatoires de la Coupe d’Afrique des Nations, pr\u00e9vues au mois de septembre prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La s\u00e9lection nationale U23 a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place dans l’objectif de se qualifier au tournoi football des prochains Jeux olympiques JO-2028 aux Los Angeles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pour rappel, la derni\u00e8re participation alg\u00e9rienne \u00e0 un tournoi de football olympique remonte aux JO-2016 de Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
